Refund Policy

Our return policy is simple and straightforward: we love your business and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!  

For all returns and exchanges, please email and we will address your concerns directly.


International Orders

If we get the package returned to us as unclaimed, then we are going to cancel the order and refund everything except for the shipping. In order to get those products, you would have to order them again through the website.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Haven’t received your refund yet? (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company (or bank); it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges can only be made 2 weeks after the product(s) is received.

Products can only be exchanged by size and/or color, provided the change is the same cost of the originally purchased product(s).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (our fault).  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
